Fran Court Townhouse

This town house was built in the 1990’s. There were some great features that we took advantage of, such as the high ceilings as well as the wider than usual living area. However, the space needed a complete over haul.

Our clients were an expecting couple who required us to maximize their space in order to make the home more comfortable for their growing family. With that, we removed interior walls to create an open plan, giving the illusion of a bigger living area. We also extended that master bedroom, added tons of storage and created an additional bedroom and full bath on the ground floor.

We kept the finishes light and bright and the colour palette neutral, so that the house can grow with the family. The furniture and soft furnishings added some life to each space, as well as showed off the clients’ personalities.
